Stepping away from the studio and into the intimacy of private sessions, I offer a space for you to truly meet yourself through yoga. My approach is deeply rooted in somatic awareness and trauma-sensitive principles, creating a safely held container for your to gently explore presence within your own body.

I believe yoga is a profound pathway to your intuition, and my offerings are intentionally accessible - no toe touching is required, ever! All you need is your breath and your willingness to be present. Together, we’ll explore the nourishing practices of restorative yoga and somatic work while honoring your body’s wisdom.
